Thunder Road Distillery

Citadel Construction handled the tenant buildout for Thunder Road Distillery. The 6,000 s.f. of empty shell was converted into Sevierville's first distillery that features a tasting room, retail area, front-of-house copper pot for cooking grains, back-of-house bottling area, and food-grade dry storage. All of elements of construction, including equipment, finishes and layout were completed by Citadel Construction, as well as additional consulting services for federal, state, and local permitting.
