What was once a TGI Friday’s is now Taco Trail Taqueria & Bar—an entirely reimagined dining experience in the heart of Gatlinburg, brought to life by our team.
As general contractor, we managed a full-scale renovation from concept to completion, transforming the existing structure into a vibrant, high-traffic restaurant space. The project included extensive interior reconfiguration, custom bar installation, upgraded kitchen infrastructure, and bold finish selections that reflect the energy of the brand.
