Our team transformed a 100-acre former farm into a first-of-it-kind entertainment venue creating a unique destination that captivates visitors of all ages. SkyLand Ranch is set on a 100 acre farm located next to lodging, restaurants and one of the largest outlet centers in the South. As general contractor, we are oversaw all aspects of construction on this one-of-a-kind attraction in Sevierville. The complex contains multiple retail stores, a mile-long alpine coaster, dining areas, and specialty shops, all on top of a mountain overlooking Sevierville.
