Citadel Construction transformed a 6,000-square-foot empty shell into Old Tennessee Distillery, Sevierville’s first-ever distillery. This full-scale tenant buildout brought the vision to life with a welcoming tasting area, a dedicated retail area, and full production area including a striking front-of-house copper pot for grain cooking, a back-of-house bottling station, and food-grade dry storage—all designed for seamless production and customer experience.
