Heritage Log Homes

Citadel Construction was responsible for the ground-up construction of the corporate headquarters and manufacturing plant for Heritage Log Homes. This premier log cabin manufacturer selected Citadel for the entire project under a design/build agreement, which included sitework and the construction of 150,000 s.f. of finished manufacturing and office space. Citadel handled the procurement and installation of all required equipment, information technology, and finishes. The project was delivered on-time and under-budget. The cost-savings were passed on to the owner, who in-turn was able to make additional upgrades.
