Citadel Construction was responsible for the new Helen Ross McNabb treatment center in Morristown, TN. The brick and block structure was built on unoccupied land and Citadel Construction handled all site work, utilities, construction, permitting, and final inspections. The treatment facility includes meeting space, treatment rooms, offices, patient waiting room, kitchen facilities, and technology room.
