Old Forge Distillery

Citadel Construction renovated a 105 year old general store in the creation of the Old Forge Distillery at the popular Old Mill attraction in Pigeon Forge, TN. The freestanding building includes a tasting room, restroom facilities, gift/bottle shop, and the entire back-of-house distillery operation. The 4,000 s.f. building includes 2,200 s.f. of retail space and 1,800 s.f. for manufacturing. The architect was Design Innovation Architects of Knoxville, TN.

Citadel provided turnkey commercial construction services for our new distillery. We were very pleased with the completed work, as well as they way they managed the project. Being one of the first distilleries to open in East Tennessee, they navigated the new regulations and building codes with ease. We highly recommend Citadel Construction.
