Hayes Custom Home

Citadel Construction built this custom 3,000 s.f. home in Knox County featuring stone and clapboard siding. The kitchen was built using painted maple cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The homeowners also requested wired surround sound speakers throughout the house and many other "smart home" features. The three bedroom house sits on one acre adjacent to the French Broad River and was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.

We owe Citadel a big thank you for all of the hard work and effort that went into our home.
