Citadel Construction is proud to have built the 500-seat Smith Family Theater in Pigeon Forge, TN. Turnkey new construction services included site work, vertical construction, theater lighting, sound equipment, and all finish work. Citadel Construction’s value engineering services and open book contract allowed the project to move forward and ultimately allowed for a bigger, better project in the end.
