Citadel constructed the United States’ first indoor snow tubing park & complex in Pigeon Forge in 2014. The 35,000 square foot facility presented unique challenges, including site location and state of the art temperature control systems. Included in the build was ten lanes of snow tubing, concessions area, snow play area and retail space. Our team used innovative techniques to confront all challenges to deliver the project on time and under budget.
