The Pines

In mid-2022, we started work to restore the historic Pines Theatre in downtown Sevierville. First established in 1944, it was the first venue that global superstar Dolly Parton was paid to perform at when she was only 10 years old. In the years it opened, the theatre saw a variety of notable musicians pass through its doors.

The scope of the work was a full renovation. Our construction team removed all windows, façade work, flooring and removed interior walls to open the space up. New windows, framing, flooring, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical was installed. The outside of the building was restored and painted to celebrate the history of the building. The end result is a refined & exciting event space with multiple gaming areas, duckpin bowling and a signature bar for food and beverages.
