In 2020, Citadel did a full overhaul on the Tennessee State Bank located in South Knoxville. The entire exterior façade was replaced, windows cut in and a new roof was added. Inside, the teller area was reworked to allow for better flow and a more efficient workspace. All electrical was updated, new flooring was installed, and all walls were repainted.
