Our team delivered a seamless tenant buildout for Buddy’s Bar-b-q under a design/build contract, creating a new warm and inviting dining space. The new restaurant showcases rich wood interiors, a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen, high-end restroom facilities, and standout features like an LED backlit logo. Completed on an expedited schedule, the project was finished on time and within budget.
Citadel Construction also brought the River Landing retail development to life in Sevierville along Hwy 66. This three-unit building, part of a larger shopping complex, was constructed from the ground up. In addition to the new structure, Citadel expertly managed the tenant buildout for three distinct businesses adjacent to Buddy’s Bar-B-Que, ensuring a customized fit for each.
