A project more than a decade in the making is finally becoming a reality! Citadel Construction is proud to serve as the General Contractor for the new Gilreath Family Kodak Branch Library—a vision brought to life through the dedication of local leadership, the generosity of the community, and years of hard work and planning.

This new 11,000+ square foot facility will provide Sevier County residents with a modern, welcoming space designed for learning, connection, and growth. The library will feature over 2,000 square feet of dedicated meeting space along with expanded areas to meet the community’s evolving literary and technological needs.
