Originally a 22-room hotel and then turned into Rawlings Funeral Home, our team took on the major renovation project of The Davis, restoring it back to a unique 8-bedroom lodging experience in downtown Sevierville. Our team handled an extensive renovation—from foundational updates below ground to a brand-new roof overhead and everything in between. The scope of work was expansive. Our meticulous attention to detail was crucial in restoring the original charm of the building while also bringing the space up to current luxury standards.
